The story features a group of characters who on the surface have nothing in common, heading to Raglis, far away in the west. The group is made up of demons, humans, and half-demons, all with their own objectives, and in the group is a young woman known as the savior, whose a mysterious power has awoken...
- A World Populated by Demons and Humans
In a world where demons attack humans, the humans live in daily fear of them.
Raglis, an organization working to help those humans, is preparing to welcome Sania, a young woman with the power to destroy those demons. Sania is known as the savior.
At one point, when Sanias life is in danger from the demons, a young half-demon called Shin suddenly appears, and his help allows Sania to escape. Shin and Sania, and an odd group of characters who on the surface have nothing in common, set out towards Raglis, far away in the west..
- Tactical Battles: Moving and Battle Arts
During battles, both enemies and allies can move around their own battle territory. This tactic is known as moving.
Also, items known as Battle Arts (BTA) can be placed in allied or in enemy territory, and have a wide range of effects.
Enjoy technical and strategic battles by making use of both moving and Battle Arts.
- Soul Arms and Orbs
Each character has a weapon called a Soul Arm. Soul Arms can grow and develop by using Soul Points, which are gained after battles.
Also, by equipping a Soul Arm with an Orb, you become able to use an Occult Art corresponding to that Orb.
Develop and strengthen your weapons to best fit your characters!
- Chances to get rare items, once every 30 minutes!
By using the Hourglass of Fortune, you can bring about bonus encounters, which are a chance to gain rare items, including Atoma Slips.
You can use the Hourglass of Fortune once every 30 minutes, so by checking the app frequently, you might find yourself able to progress through the adventure more smoothly...
By using Atoma Slips, you can purchase Soul Points and special equipment, etc.
You can gain Atoma Slips from bonus encounters and while playing the game normally, but optionally, you can also buy extra Atoma Slips through an in-app purchase.
*This game features some in-app-purchase content. While in-app-purchase content requires additional fees, by no means it is necessary for finishing the game.
*The actual price might differ depending on the region.
Latest reviews of RPG Soul of Deva app for iPhone and iPad
Great RPG so far.
This review is for two hours of gameplay.
The game is a lot of fun, and what you would expect from an RPG game. The combat is fun, the characters take a little getting used to, as some dialog is a bit cheesy, but you can look past all that as the story starts to pick up.
The only cons I have as of now is :
Ability to skip the dialog - as I started a game on the iPhone (iPhone 5s, runs amazing), and then started a new game on the iPad Mini (1st gen, also runs very smooth), and had to restart my game. The beginning dialog is long, and so it would be nice to skip it.
iCloud sync - It would be awesome if the game save could sync across devices so that we do not have to restart if we have multiple devices. (More of a minor point, but still would be nice)
And the biggest point for me, is the ability to move the gamepad. I find its a little weird playing where it is now. It may just be me, but the iPhone is a pretty small screen, and the gamepad is too far to the right I find.
Overall : Two hours into the game, and its a really good mobile RPG. Definitely worth the $4 (launch sale price). So dont miss out, and pick it up while the sale price is still on!
A mediocre title from hit-point
Kemcos developer hit-point really doesnt deliver much here. I love kemco titles but this one seems like a step back for them instead of a step forward.
The battle system is clunky instead of smooth with the battle arts system.
Many of the battles require you to move your characters every round which is very monotonous and boring. It prevents you from auto attacking the whole game but the whole battle system is boring and not thought out.
Graphics are a step back and look worse than some of their older games.
Speed of messages are really slow and conversations are drawn out, probably to make the game seem longer than it is.
The worst part is the controls. In game menus are terrible and harder to navigate which makes the game frustrating. Sometimes you push a button sometimes you tap something. Buy new gear no way to auto equip, instead have to equip from the character screen. No idea at shops if an item is better than what you have equipped.
I dont know that Ill buy future hit-point developed games at this point it seems their games are regressing, whereas ex-creates games keep getting better. All published by kemco.
Fix it ???
Dude the game keeps freezing in the middle of the battle or in the ground when walking what the heck... Fix it and then I would give u 5 stars
